If this is an excuse to use more cheese and butter in my cooking, I'll take it. Though I assume that "carbohydrate" is a needlessly general term here. Sugars and starches are probably more at fault here than complex carbs like oats, beans, and veggies. And the fat vs carbs contest ignores the fact that you'd be better off eating more protein anyway. Just not too much, I guess.

Though I currently take the approach that if if I'm going to hurt myself with sugar once a week or so, it might as well be carrot cake or brownies or w/e. White bread, soda, potato chips etc. aren't worth it:
