I've passed by this construction site a million times. It's in the middle of a fucking marsh. There is nothing, nothing around that mall for miles. That "indoor ski slope" looks like a 30-second ride from top to bottom. I think the reason that place hasn't been built in over a decade is because anyone who sees the site in person is inevitably led to think: "Wow, yeah, that looks really dumb."
