This is not a valid measure of personality. Personality is supposed to be something that is roughly constant over a person's lifetime, y'know, the stuff that makes them the person that they are. There's no evidence that these results weren't actually just a measure of the participants' moods that day.

The real, scientifically backed personality traits, that have been identified over several decades of research and longitudinal studies, are The Big Five, which this article doesn't even attempt to acknowledge.
