I like it a lot. The sad part being that people are never motivated by money. This will fail, as is Ello or whatever Social Media promising to pay you for data/activity. Now! Make this a Tinder app where you scan license plate of attractive people and swipe right to get paired. Make this a game app, where the one with more plates get a top ranking level and a fancy hat for his avatar. Make this a social media for driver, where you share the traffic in your vicinity. ... And you got a business model. But money? You'll never get enough people ready to be that shady for money.
