On the child thing, yes. The only thing that is meaningful about 18 for me REALLY is being able to get a driving licence. I am also planning to get at the very least a masters degree so I am staying in school for as long as I can manage. But turning 18 still feels super meaningful to me for some reason, I know I won't feel different but it will be nice. But scratch that with only the drivers licence being what I am looking forward to - I will be able to order stuff online! Just realized. Well, that's nice as well.
