Yeah. In looking at it, the European emissions tests are scandalously lax. The American tests cover about three times the miles, about four times the time, and have three times as many conditions to meet. This is going to take a long time to shake out. I suspect the only vehicles that benefit from it will be electric ones. (checks TSLA stock)
