This is really disturbing. She was only 29 years old which means she could have had a tremendous amount of life left. How do you judge the monetary value of a life? -I have no idea but surely youth is a valuable thing. Who knows what this young woman could have accomplished? Even if she accomplished nothing of societal note, existence in and of itself is a beautiful thing that no man can qualify/quantify.
She was a human being and she should have been listened to. Do you think she would have been further inspected by the Doctors had she been white and well educated?
