TIL that the Constitution of the United States of America can be undone by the Executive saying "State Secrets". I totally thought the Constitution was a bigger deal than that. Not sure where I got that idea.a potential Fourth Amendment Claim would have to be dismissed on the basis that any possible defenses would require impermissible disclosure of state secret information.
