Lauryn Hill, soul singer/rapper. She's mostly known as a member of the Fugees, and for Miseducation, her only solo album. It's mostly centered around love (like a lot of soul/rnb), with occasional interludes consisting of a class of older-ish students talking about the nature of love. Like I said, definitely worth a listen.
