Its not fair to compare completely different countries/cultures but when I read a headline like that I cannot help but do a quick study. Utah Population: around 3M 2014 police kills: 13
Germany population: around 80M 2012 police kills: 3 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_killings_by_law_enforcement_officers_in_Germany#2012
Germany gets a really bad rap, ya know after 2 world wars and a holocaust, but its still about 112 times safer than Utah for this one statistic...
