This is a classic example of the problem with using income inequality as a comparative measure. I would have guessed there were a lot of cities in the US with income inequality wider than Rwanda. Still do, actually. Rwanda's ceiling just ain't gonna be that high.

(And, of course, the Gini coefficient is chock full of holes.)
