Oh man. That song somehow came up in conversation one day with my sister-in-law, who is from Japan. She didn't believe us that it was about getting you welfare check to go buy weed and booze. Apparently, in Japan social assistance is considered quite shameful, and even though people take it regularly, nobody would ever openly talk about it, let alone brag about bilking the system for drug money. She seemed almost embarrassed to listen to it, which I found hilarious.
