That video is great, thanks for posting the link.
It's like eating the most delicious substance every single day that has the unfortunate side-effect of giving you no nutrients. You may realize that you need to eat something with nutrients, but everything looks like oatmeal (with no sugar added). I like the way you put this. I agree with you.
- Fortunately my experiences with this kind of living has always been transient. However, I will not forget it.
Will you always work towards accumulating more? At some point, don't you get to enjoy the fruits of your labors? At what point would you feel "rich"?
We used to drive around in college, tripping on LSD pretending the car was a video game. I freely admit it was very dangerous and stupid. It would have been way more fun with glow in the dark roads though.

Could it be that acquiring vitimin D the old fashioned way, sunlight, is what staves off cancer? Seems the more a person is outside, the more active or "healthy" they likely are. Could this be why?
