yeah it is - this is adam curtis :-) there is a nother video with jsut music and no naration and it shows a clip of LE being interviewd in which he says he is the only one who knows who did it or iam the only one who knows the truth something like that.

If he did kill the president he was posibly workign for someone else or he thought he was doing something else and was set up . but like adam curtis we will probably never know but his sugestiosn on who are quite convincing
