- but I don't trust anything about the Hanford cleanup.
Smart. I think one would have to be far beyond "asleep at the wheel" to trust the official line on this. All the incentives for every actor (with any clout) involved is to minimize/hide any bad news.
I'd actually be scared to see the results of a poll that asked Americans if Obamacare itself was a Muslim. I fucking know it wouldn't be zero...
The money machines continue to write laws criminalizing tiny instances of specific behavior that impacts detailed sub-sections of their revenue streams. Just like the bills that criminalize job seekers for having the "wrong intent" when taking jobs at say, chicken farms, and intend to communicate any abuses they find there.
- Hiring still is anemic, and people are coming back to earn less.
I'm having trouble arguing why the trend where the gains captured from economic growth won't just continue to trickle upward like they have been for decades now. I don't know that there will be a recovery to speak of for the middle class or poor.
I just voted....29. Poor blog spam author. Only 29 votes in his poll AND his job will be done by an algorithm in 5 years :O
Edit: Also they are doing their cookies wrong. I just voted again. 33.
Your first sentence underscores the idiocy of a lot of out foreign policy...
Haha. They really did their research. That is some hard hitting journalism!
Where ya goin flag?
- (I'm anticipating a much milder treatment this time around than the first time, so I can't promise anything dramatic. I will promise the truth, neither sweetened nor made to seem worse that it is.)
Who needs the drama from the first sentence when you've got the honesty in the second. Your blog was one of the most powerful pieces of writing I've ever read. I don't know if part of that is because we know each other or not, but one doesn't need to be ill to benefit immensely from your writing, if only from the perspective it offers. We are, after all, all mortal.
Thoughts are with you as always, and it's worth mentioning that what's most admirable (to me anyway) is the stuff you've been kicking ass on since March last year in between rounds of chemo. Archmage dude.
You could have been the human in the U.S. with rabies that year.
Yeah, the teachers could well have had the students write "My siren's name is: _____"
The cops need to find a way to incorporate a "like" and "share" button, -then people will give them all of their location information with nod and a smile.
