Thank you. This a welcome update.

Maddox has a face and a voice? My view on this man has diminished greatly.

Google does not and can't have complete video to access one's life via glass. Glass can only record when a user tells it to record. You may not be referring to it potentially always recording video, but I read articles where people are fear-mongering such things enough to make me angry. There's lots of misinformation being spread regarding privacy with glass out there.

I don't buy into your view at all. I see it as a device to help me with day to day activities and to bring up information.

I did not apply to be an explorer. I'm waiting for the public release (that's quite a bit cheaper).

Aside from what has been demoed, the api looks super easy to work with. It looks mostly to be just pushing json to google. I can create notifications that get pushed out of the way in my vision.

I guess my main excitement is that it's a friggin screen in your face at all times.

I'm sorry that you feel that way. What you feel is acceptable and what the site as a whole feel acceptable can be two very different things. From me personally, I was going through a hard time and I wanted to talk about it. I don't have a lot of good friends that I can talk to, so I turned to the internet. I don't mean to intrude on your feed, but as others have said, you're free to ignore me and/or the tags I used for this post. I do agree that some people 'karmawhore' their dead relatives or pets, but I was genuinely wanting to talk and share experiences. I'm not ashamed to admit that I was bawling my eyes out the night I made this post. I just wanted to talk and maybe share memories. It really helped me to talk to a few people online, and I don't see why that should be restricted because of one user.

I listened to it. I like it a bit. I think I liked the Eraser more, but I can't expect the world.

Thank you. They definitely grow on you.

Thank you. I hope it was for him. Apparently the vet didn't give him enough sedative outright and they had to give him more. I hope that wasn't an issue for him. I hope he glided peacefully into nothingness (or whatever it may be that's out there).

Thank you. I didn't think I'd be such a mess over this, but apparently I am.

You summed up everything I was going to say better than I could have said it.
