The Onion's arts and culture branch (the AV Club) started a series where they invite 25 bands to come in and cover a selection of songs. Leads to some interesting stuff.

The YouTube comments on this video are pretty awful in my opinion. A lot of them either don't know that AV Club is The Onion's sister publication, don't like that it's showing up on the same channel as the satirical Onion videos, or seriously hate this cover. It's not perfect, but is it really deserving of that level of vitriol? Maybe they're just bothered that music is showing up in their subscription box.
