I'd love to see it overturned, but I imagine that what will happen is that they will just tweak it a bit, probably increasing the amount of disclosure. I do think that the conservatives believe that money is speech, and I expect them to preserve that notion.

Kennedy, as usual, is the possible wild card.

I'm not hopeful that this court will revoke it. I also think that in the short term, it's already achieved it's goals. The GOP has been able to to raise a ton of $ because of it.
