Wonderful work alpha0, it makes me wish I had a richer art vocabulary to pull from so I could describe more accurately what it is I like about this. Are you familiar with light drawing? Your drawings have an electric quality that reminds me of this. Also, while they appear at first glance to be somewhat chaotic, there is a lot of control and intent in the lines. Me gusta!

Thanks! The entire set took less than an hour, so figure each drawing was less than a minute (if that). Another friend commented on the 'motion' of the drawings which reflects that it is a trace of my eye on the paper with hand following close behind.

It's cool that drawing, like music, can be improvisational. Turn off your mind, relax and float down stream.

"improvisational" -- I like that. Kinda but this is a well worn pathway. Think of it as a favorite melody that you use to jam.

I think you should take the same approach and render a drawing for each American President. This one reminded me of Van Buren for some reason.
