Was starting to do the spring gardening prep work and I went to check the status of our window flower boxes:
I was going to set up a wireless IP camera and have a live streaming 24/7 'Bird Cam' but I think that they will hatch before it arrives, I noticed one of the eggs has small cracks that are new as of this morning, hard to see but it's the one in the northeast quadrant of the nest:

Awesome! It looks like two of them are larger.
Robin egg story: My brother's friend came home and found one last candy easter egg in a plastic bag on the counter. He popped it in his mouth. To his displeasure, he found it wasn't a candy egg, but a robin's egg that his mother found on the ground.

Sitting at the bar in a restaurant in Durham and a girl just walked by and was very complimentary of your photos. "So blue, those are beautiful". Your work is spreading joy! I have a picture I took the other day that clearly shows that I do not golf nearly enough.
Not only are my clubs rusty, they are now housing 4 little birdies.

This will be my third garden, and the first where I'm planting my own seeds. Also the first where I'm staggerIng when I plant my veggies instead of doing it all at once like a total newbie. Last years garden had some issues so hopefully this years will be better. We will see. Tomatoes were all fucked up last year but I know two other people who had bad tomatoes too so I'm just gonna blame it on something besides my complete lack of experience as a gardner...

My father in law is in town and wants to take me golfing. I dare not disturb the nest. Looks like we're golfing out of the same bag. Oh btw cliffelam, you're driver is off limits until they leave the nest. -Sorry pal.
I look forward to seeing the little guys emerge.
