Man, I wish I could find better pictures, but this reminds me a lot of a few buildings around berkeley:

Li Ka-shing: Front, Inside

Stanley: Front, Inside, Detail

And then also the new Anna Head building, which currently only has a portion of its outside built, and only in the past few weeks, but resembles the other two in the wood-board, glass, and cement design.

I can't say I'm a fan of the shower outside, though, seems like a perfect place for cockroaches to find home.

I always loved outdone showers very much. But you need a property large enough to affor privacy, as well as a view (otherwise what's the point).

They don't have cockroaches at Berkeley, do they? The Stanley building looks pretty impressive. I'd like to have two of these tree "forts" on my property to entertain guests. How cool would it be to stay in one when visiting a friend or family member?

Depends on the quality of the building, usually rodents are more of an issue.

I wish I could find more of Li Ka-shing, it's much more impressive than Stanley, just smaller.
