Bug with comments deleted after being replied to?

I'm not sure exactly what's going on here but in this post it looks as if someone deleted a comment after another person responded and it just leaves the "badge this" link with no other indication there was a comment. This is what it looks like to me.

Ok. Should be fixed now. Thanks for that. The mail update touched on a lot of things, let me know if you see anything else weird. :)

Hmm, the badge option still shows up. I cleared my cache and cookies and I see this now.

I see. Yes, the owner of that comment deleted it. I should probably leave a better indicator than the option to badge it! :)
