I love to dance but until I was about 28 I was embarrassed by this. Guys are not supposed to like dancing for some reason. I love it, it's fun and I don't care who knows it. I just wanna dance!!

I work for a large company and most of my peers are middle aged conservative white dudes. I'm a weirdo to them but what I've found is that the less I conform, the more I'm respected or thought of as a "leader". Authenticity goes a long way.
