I agree...it's hard to believe that this one piece of metal identifies it as her plane, or that we'd ever be able to find it. However, I did find an article a few weeks ago (can't find it now, of course) that identified some other potential clues...some sort of glass jar left on the island, a piece of a shoe, some human bones. This made it seem a little more convincing...But really, how can we know for sure that it's hers? It's been 77 years!
