Looks pretty slick.
I had a long conversation today with a friend of mine that lives in Cleveland and he says that they think very highly of Dan Gilbert there. The guy knows how to make money but he also seems to have a genuine interest in revitalizing recessed cities. He's already done a lot for Detroit and I'm hopeful for the future of the city.
Detroit needs to be attracting the best and brightest minds and this "tech hub" is another step in that direction. Go Detroit!

Great stuff! Glad to see the state being marketed to the entrepreneurial.
They love Dan Gilbert at the Mistake because of this: http://www.cavstheblog.com/?p=2616

I always forget about Cleveland's unfortunate nick-name.

Awesome. Can you blame them for loving him? btw, nothing he said about how James handled his decision is wrong. Passion-people love it. I know I do.

I agree. Detroit can't get a mention to save it's life sometimes. I was recently reading an article that suggests that Seattle could be the next "inexpensive" alternative to Silicon Valley? Seattle inexpensive? Try Detroit on for size. Your dollar will go soooo far. Start a business in Detroit! Be an innovator not a lemming.
