The "flag" could become an "autoflag" if enough people flagged a post. More than that, if someone gets "flagged" enough they could end up on probation or something.

Just thinking out loud.

We have a user's average comment score to work with as well. If a user has a significant number of comments, and a low average score, and a number of flags. They could easily get special attention. A low number of followers would also probably push them up for attention sooner. Whatever helps to remove false positives.

Flags could also be weighted. A flag from a brand new user might mean very little, whereas a flag from a long time user might carry more weight.

I will probably also be working on different comment sorting options in time.
