They have something similar in Middlesborough but its an actual person telling people what to do.

Tthey also have an automated system in my buss station telling people what they can and cant do no smoking etc it feels like i am living in 1984 sometimes.
In the UK there has even been talk of putting Cameras in Homes for troublesome families.
