One thing that gq mentioned after watching this. Construction sites in China are always busy with construction.
That's one thing that is very different from the States. If a road is under construction in China, it is under construction until it is done, usually around the clock.

I noticed that in the video. They have huge lights and the work never stopped. People that work "night shifts" in the U.S. get paid substantially more than their daytime counter parts. I wonder if this is the same in China?

In China, they often don't get paid what they were promised. It's a very big problem actually. It really sucks to work construction in China. It's usually migrant labor, and they have few protections, legal or otherwise. I don't think it's so much the result of a good work ethic or industriousness, but because they can always find someone that needs the money and will do it.
The US construction schedule is wanting, but China is at the other extreme.

Crazy. 20 air changes per hour? I've never heard of anything besides a hospital needing that. It doesn't look like the windows are operable anyway, so it's probably a good thing. Cool columns.
