I realize this is recorded from a GoPro, but is there also a secondary camera that your buddy can see live from to fly the plane, or is it all by eye? Cool video though! I love it.

He has a head-mounted thingy that lets him see what the GoPro is recording while he flies, but he doesn't usually use it - too limited a field-of-view. He's also playing with some new auto-piloting gear at the moment - very cool stuff. It lets you set up a route and the plane flies itself.
