Wow, this is an awesome idea! Did you write this? Any idea how if finds "the nearest photo to that spot?" I would love to see that PHP script!

Agreed, I'd be very interested in how he's able to put out a continuous search for photos around the world based on long/lat... and also what happens if the nearest photo to that spot isn't a gorgeous landscape and is, like, weird sex in someone's basement. Maybe he goes to the next nearest? Haha. But all the landscapes are lovely for now.
