That's fair. After work if no one else goes for it I'll make a list of peeps to send out. If I throw it in the body and update will it notify or should it be a new comment?

It should work with both. That code is kinda crazy iirc. Shout out on edits, but don't shoutout to everyone that was already shouted out to, also don't shout out if the user doesn't exist or is inactive. It looks so simple from this side. Sometimes coding is mental juggling.
