What a nice video from Riot! Are you also watching worlds?
The sound track is too familiar to GIANTS from last year, imo. Every feature of animated Faker warms my heart, though. I am! My attention has drifted more and more away from worlds since 2017. This year, it's both convenient to wake up to, and brings a feeling of pre-COVID familiarity. When did you get watching (betting it's a mid-day watch for you)? Do you have a team/region you're cheering for? OftenBen played for a long while - do you watch Worlds nowadays, OB?
It is actually a morning/noon watch for me. I am usually for europe + the underdog. The game coming up now will be interesting as I didn't expect a Turkish team to do so well :) Will be watching the main even with my sisters that are spread across the globe. It nearly became a tradition :)
Ah! Great timing for you this year, too. The EU/NA Semi-finals (C9 vs FNC) was heartbreaking to watch as a western fan in 2018 - also the Korean time-zone is the worst to watch live from this side of the world. Must have been exciting seeing G2 and FNC go so far the past couple years. Best of luck to your teams! Also, RIP Supermassive. They've gone through Play-Ins before - we'll see them again for sure.
