It is a quintessentially American Airlines move to find a couple customers who provided them with a half million dollars in equity, determine they were costing a million dollars a year, and instead of forming an ad campaign around them, create a brand of ultra-traveling and turn them into "The Most Interesting Men in the sky" they renege on an agreement.

There are shitty big carriers? And there are shitty little carriers? But the only really shitty big carrier that's been steadily dwindling into a really shitty little carrier is American.
