We're doing less because our clients are doing more. The "fuck your mask libtard" contingent is getting substantially more vocal. I went to pick up some stuff from a friend's house Friday; they were very much in the "vaccines alter your DNA" camp. I took my mask off because his wife was staring daggers at me. My daughter frolicked in the back yard with her mask on for an hour.

My wife is hopeful that our daughter will get to do a couple weeks of summer camp this year. If I recall correctly we need to be down to 19 deaths in a two week period, then we get to wait a week, hope it goes down to 9, wait another two weeks, and then she can hang out in the woods with seven other kids not in her household.

We're at 39.

Getting a mask that fits me well is hard getting one for my 3 year old is next to impossible. They consistently fall off, are bulky and I’m unclear if they do anything. Mask design is sorely lacking right now we need to make lighter weight masks since they don’t offer the user any protection anyway and are really just there to reduce the range we project our particulate matter.

These come in three sizes. Of course that doesn't help if you don't have a 3D printer, and if your 3D printer is a tiny little Anycubic Photon the whole "prints without supports" is a lie because you need to turn the thing upside down and suspend it in space.

My wife sews. She's probably made 40 masks for the birth center.

I’m not really looking for a mask to protect me, it’s impractical to wear those except in high risk areas like airports. I still have a few fuck you Im protecting myself and not you 3m masks for those situations. Looking for more of a face covering to decrease any potential germ dispersal and to signal to my liberal cohort that I respect them enough to wear a mask when I spend time with them. I see it more akin to wearing pants than safety glasses or a helmet in those situations.
