Yes, it's all very simple and logical things. But easier said than done, I have literally no ability to self-exercise alone at home. Thank god for the occasional bike ride and walks.

I am doing the bodyweight routine from reddit (slightly modified to deal with my injured knee and joint hypermobility).

You should try it out. It doesn't need anything special to do.

I'm aware on their existence. Pulling the trigger motivation-wise it just... hard. This whole isolation thing has really shown to me how much of an externally motivated person I am. I struggle to get literally anything done without a social influence. Getting work tasks done is hard, exercise not in a group, even keeping the house clean when I know there is no chance of anyone visiting. It's not that I care about validation or what people think of me, more that social interactions give me the will to do more things. Like the energy of people (even strangers) working around you, feeds the momentum. As someone who likes their independence a lot, this realization is a bit of a bummer.
