I've been stripping and painting the outside stairs of my building for a week now, at least 4h a day i would say. I'm hoping to be done tomorrow. As annoying of a job it is, I actually enjoy being able to spend time outside, and it's easier to motivate myself doing that vs some internet tasks i should also be doing. There are some things I've kind of let slip in the past few weeks, I'm quite glad I have the stair painting project to keep me feeling productive. My dad also promised me a chair upholstery job which sounds fun. Went garbage-picking yesterday again, and the haul was all sports related - a longboard, a razr scooter (probably with a dead battery) and a sup board with a hole. Will try to see how easy it could be repaired. Hung out with a couple friends last saturday - in a socially distanced way - and talking to people in person is something I've been missing a lot.
