Oh no. mk used Conways game of life “glider” as inspiration for our logo at Forever Labs. His work has been in front of me every day for the last 5 years. God speed Mr. Conway.

Heard about this yesterday but didn't know it was virus related until today. I'm no mathematician, but there can't be a Computer Science student anywhere that doesn't know about the Game of Life. I have one of those stupid brain quirks where he's unbreakably linked with John Otway in my mind. So strongly that and I can't ever hear his name or about the game of life without hearing this song in my head.
