The number of screaming children I can hear on my porch seems to have gone up exponentially. I can't tell if it's because I'm home all the time now or if it's new. Regardless, this isn't the greatest place and I feel sorry for the people who don't have school as a form of daycare. This doesn't excuse abuse I might be hearing but as a single childless guy I can't imagine the stress that having like a day to deal with suddenly not having your kids in school must cause.
