Re: “privacy, transparency, and consent“: yeah, I got a B.S. in B.S. too. Snowden’s probably right. Consider the likelihood that once this system is built, it may never be dismantled. Ugh, it's civil liberties vs. probably suppressing covid-19, this is worse than P. K. Dick.
