There is a shortage of bread flour! Whole wheat is gone for miles. Fortunately, as proper doomsday preppers, we have one bag stashed away just in case. But it must be rationed carefully. From a reccomendation on one of the other #breadwatch posts, made the no knead bread, with a few changes (oil instead of the weird towel thing mostly, and rose in the fridge over a longer time just to make scheduling easier)

Alas, wasn't cooked enough and the crust wasn't crispy at all. Too soft to spread cheese on! Disaster! Made for great toast tho.
If there's still flour left, might try again, was a pretty good recipe, thanks for the tip!
