I wanted to make one of those big Hubski roundup posts on this so bad but I ran out of time.

Question: what does this mean for the future of Canadian politics? I feel like things are about to grind to a halt. I voted for Jagmeet in my riding but the NDP always wins here. My biggest issue with Trudeau is he talks the talk but doesn't really walk the walk. I suspect there will be a lot of gridlock.

Yeah, with a minority government theres not much that can be done by the liberals. I guess he might team up with the bloc to pass some laws which might mean some changes in Quebec.

I voted for the greens because even if they're probably incompetent when it comes to governing, i like their platform. My riding was going to the liberals anyway. So might as well just send the message that the environment is hella important and that Canada needs to step up their game.

The resurgence of the Bloc was the biggest surprise of this election. What does that mean? My dad is naturally calling for the secession of every province west of Manitoba but I wonder if Quebec has a bone to pick as well. In the end I remain very uneducated. I just like Jagmeet. I thought that dude exuded realness on a level I can't even handle. He's worked his ass off his whole life to get where he's at. I was going to vote Green but I figured he'd be good for the environment too and I'm a sucker for a good cult of personality.
