A 750ml bottle of a nice craft beer, or something related to a hobby the person is interested in off the top of my head. Depending on the person I've bought old Zippos at flea markets and antique stores and refurbished them, usually just takes flint, butane and occasionally wd40 and a sponge if the wheel/hinges don't run smooth.
