I've been revisiting a couple albums recently. Soundgarden's Superunknown is a big ol' ball of nostalgia for me, and it's easy to keep in regular rotation.
Dan Deacon's Spiderman of the Rings is a favorite of mine from a few years back. Like much of his music, the whole album is pervaded by this manic, very pure-feeling energy. He's got some of the wildest, most raw electronic timbres and a bunch of goofy-ass lyrics. I like this album as the yang to the yin of his following album, Bromst, which is also worth checking out.
