Funny. Does McDonald's provide meals?

Lol. I bet the addition of a Super Size soda to your Double Quarter Pounder and fries averages the meal out so that less than 35% of calories are from fat, so it's healthy. You better drink two just to be safe though.

Michael Pollan from "In Defense of Food":

“If it came from a plant, eat it; if it was made in a plant, don't. ”

“Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants. " By “food” Pollan means real food, not creations of the food-industrial complex. Real food doesn’t have a long ingredient list, isn’t advertised on TV, and it doesn’t contain stuff like maltodextrin or sodium tripolyphosphate. If you have a hard time pronouncing it, don't eat it.

Real food is things that your great-grandmother would recognize.

So like Brussels sprouts? I never know whether to promote the 's' at the end of Brussels. Feels awkward.

Does anyone provide meals? I just reread the article listed below, "The Extraordinary Science of Addictive Junk Food." It left me thinking that the only "food" out there is made up of different proportions of fat, salt, sugar, and food colouring.
