I think the horrible article speaks for itself. It's quite clear where this is going -- it's right there in the first paragraph, "And the most important players happen to be robots." -- and the Chinese and Russians are blasted as even worse so you'll keep quiet and just cower in fear. It's very obvious where this is going; dystopian in the extreme -- so contact your AI representative to make your feelings crystal clear. You do not want any war, period. It's time for peace.
