Nothing, as it's explicitly described as "abnormal sexual relations." Beijing is using the same logic as Republican's "first it's gay marriage and then pedophilia will be acceptable" slippery slope logic to try and implicitly link the two as being equivalent. Only it'll hold more currency in China. It's not about mores at all, Beijing doesn't give a shit about being gay, they give a shit about challenging authority. This is all about the lawsuit from last year and the growing online movement of LGBT folx organizing and protesting.
