Nutritional yeast is dead yeast, which unfortunately kills that line of experimentation. You use it mostly as a flavoring agent. I'd describe it as sorta tasting like Vegemite super-ultra-extra-lite.

Some people like to put it on their popcorn.

I might try adding the lemon/vingar closer to the end next time, though. See if that makes a difference.
