This week I added potato flour to my bread.

Turns out it was ultra fine for thickening soup. It made my bread super weird.

Potato bread is the only kind of supermarket-shelf-stable-bread that I really like. I never even thought about trying to make potato bread, though.

Actually, now that you mention it - yeah, potato bread is delicious.

Here's a kind Arthur flour recipe that looks really good.

I don't have one. I just tried subbing potato flour which doesn't work at all. That stuff is a sponge.
