Been working on some new things. This is a draft before this one goes on canvas. Turned out well. I was proud of it since I took the picture originally, did all the stuff to get it to look like this, then sprayed it. Felt more complete.
Banksy said "All artists are willing to suffer for their work. But why are so few prepared
to learn to draw?” and my answer is because computers and cameras do more for me than drawing can. It's like saying no one wants to be cold but who's willing to sew? Shit's different now.
This second one is a copy of Blue Monochrome 1961by Yves Klein and is a commentary on how technology allows us to do almost as good a job as an artisit, but not quite. But no one would really know the difference so there isn't a difference and it's now available to everyone.
