How are you proposing to do that?

As I said, make sure that we influence those around him as much as possible. I agree that many of his inner circle may be narcissists themselves, or are at least willing to put personal power over anything else (since Trump pretty clearly is going for loyalty over ability).

Congress should be the primary focus. This can apparently still work, if the bruhaha over their trying to gut their own ethics office is any indication. Meanwhile, we have to stop feeding the Troll in Chief. Keep those turnout numbers low, and make it clear to anyone who is connected to reality that he doesn't have the support of the country as a whole. The abysmal approval ratings and low inauguration turnout are a good start.

But I would love to see a protest closer to the Capitol, where not a single sign mentions Trump. I can't think of a better rebuke for someone like him. Don't hate him, make him totally irrelevant.

When you say "we", who does that refer to?

How exactly would those people you're including in the "we" influence people around the President of the United States?

In the women's march thread, you say this:

Pretty much this. I wouldn't be half as worried about this if there were a viable opposition.

If the people in the women's march are not viable opposition and are not part of your "we", who are you including in your "we" and what exactly are you asking those people to do?

In that other comment, I was referring to a viable opposition party, i.e. one that would actually fight against what the Republicans can do with more than bromides and requests not to be shellacked too badly in the next election.

As I said elsewhere, we need to target Congress as much as possible. Forget Trump, the less he's even talked about the better. He craves attention, and will do anything to get it. We should deny it to him, and instead make every single person in Congress know that we're watching them very closely, and are prepared to do whatever it takes to protect ourselves from alt-right predation. That should include everything from letter-writing and calling to showing up at their local (or DC) offices in person, protesting their events, and doing as much as possible to support their opponents.
